Trojan Horse PSW.online infected

My system has got affected by Trojan horse PSW.OnlineGames.K.I am using AVG free edition, it pretends to remove them but every time i run scan i see a no of them in AVG scan result. I have asked about it to some of my friends and they have said that Trojan keeps on multiplying their self. They have suggested me to reinstall window for getting rid of them. I dont know why AVG is not helping me out. I dont want to reinstall windows for now but i will like to know if there is any other antivirus or program that i can use for getting rid of Trojan than do let me know.

dude i had a problem like you do.i downloaded once an ativirus than was one of the biggest virus that time(i downloaded it by mistake).its name was antivirus360.so it was destroying my pc day by day.i founded a programm called spybot search and destroy i thing and it removed it.its a very good programm.try it,it may work for you.
