Nod32 Update to 2.7?

I am using Nod 32 in my system. I had got a update about 2.7 edition. But when I try to download the same I am not able to update it. I think there is some issue with the configuration. I need some help to update the antivirus to 2.7 edition. Thanks.

It can be buggy as you are trying to overwrite the existing installation. It is better first you download the new edition and keep in somewhere. And then get rid of old antivirus through Control Panel. After when it is removed then run the setup of new updated version and check back. It is one of best option to install new software.
