Bullguard V12 has stopped installing new updates

I don’t know what has caused this problem for my antivirus? From past few weeks I am noticing that my antivirus has stopped installing new updates. I simply don’t understand what can be the reason behind it. Is it the problem of my isp or something else which is causing the problem? What can be the reason? Guys do you all have any idea about how to solve this problem. Will I have to delete any temp location for the same process. Please help me.

Ok have you checked out for the updates manually or what? If not then check it if all the updates are getting installed properly. I think it should get installed, that’s what I think. Now in case if it is not doing then there must be some serious issue. However I would ask you to check in this following location

x32: C:\ProgramData\BullGuard\Update\Download
x64: C:\Users\All Users\BullGuard\Update\Download

and see all the proper updates are there or not.

I don’t think so that is the problem with the service provider. There has to be some issues with the antivirus and hence I would ask you to just contact the support people regarding this issue and I am sure that they will respond to you soon. Bullguard people normally have a good support team in which they remotely connect to the pc and investigates the problem. So it is better that you contact them regarding the issue. Your problem would be solved.

Just uninstall the program and install it back again. See if that solves the problem or not. I know it’s a common solution but what’s the harm in giving a try. Who knows it might work out for you.
