Hidden folders & file options already marked in BullGuard Antivirus

I have installed BullGuard Antivirus in my computer and since than i am facing some problem with hidden files and folders. All files and folder from my computer were appearing hidden but I somehow managed to get them back using Command Prompt but now whenever I open settings for folder option both show and hide options in hidden folders & file were stay marked. If I change it and open in again it a few seconds then it occur again. This is the first time I am experiencing this issue, there were no problem like this before. Can anyone guess what might be causing this issue and solution for fixing it??

There is one thing that you can try with this and see if this helps you. Just go to My computer > tools > folder option. Now open the view tab and from there click on the "show hidden files and folders" and along with this, you have to uncheck "hide extensions" & uncheck "hide protected operation". I hope that this will be helpful to you.

Here are the steps that you can do in order to get this problem resolved. What you can do is:
    1. First scan your computer and move all the infections to the chest.
    2. After this, open the registry editor by Start > run > "regedit" > Enter.
    3. Now go to the HKEY_LOC.._MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\current version\explorer\advanced\folder\hidden\showall
    4. From the right side, you will get one key as "checked value" and you will get the data value as "0".
    5. You will have to set that value to "1"

If that is marked in the antivirus then this is fine as it will also scan all your files which are hidden. This is because there are also some of the viruses which are hidde n and this option will let the antivirus to scan those files as well.
