Sophos upgrade to Sophos Endpoint 9.5

I hope that some computer users might have familiar with the Sophos. Sophos is a developer and seller of security program and hardware, counting antivirus, antispyware, antispam, and network access control, encryption program along with data loss avoidance designed for desktops, servers, email systems and additional network gateways. Now the recent rumors say that the Sophos Antivirus will be going to upgrade to Sophos Endpoint 9.5. Does anybody heard about this?

Sophos is phasing away the 2.0 manage centers since of March, and furthermore phasing out the older Sophos Anti-Virus 7.6 edition toward the latest 9.5 edition. Anybody through Sophos standalone 7.6 will have to upgrade to the 9.5 edition through logging into Sophos and downloading the up-to-the-minute version. For the computer’s that are fraction of the Sophos Control Center, the 9.5 edition will be automatically installed following the latest 4.0 Control Center has been installed

Sophos will not permit you to modify drives on the upgrade. Anywhere the unique Sophos software is installed, there it will hang about. The installer or the setup file overwrites the present installation. If drive room is small on the installation disk drive, choose an alternating drive in order to download and discharge the installer. It doesn’t matter which partition the latest version installs from, and does not require being on the similar drive like the existing Sophos installation.
