Win7 svchost.exe using a lot of Memory

My system is running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit and svchost.exe is consuming 115500k Memory. I dont know what's wrong, is there anything i can do to fix this???

Can you just let me know your system specification so that i can have better idea of the issue you are facing. I have gone through some threads where similar issue has been mentioned but most of them had solved this issue by upgrading their system and reinstalling windows.

My system specification:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
Intel Quad Core Q6600 (4x 2.4Ghz)
4GB RAM
GeForce GTX 280 with 1GB memory

Yes Tanvir is right this has been a common issue and there are number of threads related to it. You can check out the below ones that i have come across in this forum.

If you dont get any help form above threads than post your window task manager snapshot for further help.

I have uploaded window task manager snapshot along with services that are used by svchost.exe process. Let me know if nayone of you have any solution for me. Thanks in advance.
