There are Introduction to Languages and the Theory of Computation manuals available on the amazon website for a cost of $178.13 and if you want it at a cheaper rate then can also get it from their itself for lesser price. You can also try shopping @ ebay website and hopefully you will get what you want.

I found one book on Amazon called as C++ for Business Programmers (2nd Edition) by John C. Molluzzo. The cost of book is $112.99. Below this book Amazon there are other more books recommendations. You can have a look on the same. Some torrent sites provide a ebook of similar subject. But I had not tested the same.
