Comcast is going to turn off its newsgroup service at the end of october. The newsgroup offers a common platform for many to find solution based on number of different queries. I hope there would be some other alternative available.

There are tons of other solution. Comcast is discontinuing the newsgroup, but still you can access its official support and ask question. Other than this there are number of different websites and forums also that offer you similar option for troubleshooting a number of queries related to Comcast.
