What's the best anti-spyware program out there?

Why malwarebytes is out the list guys?? They have spent good time in creating a dedicated specific routines for detecting and removing viruses, they have come up with several variants and have specialized in dealing with latest viruses without causing any harm to the system. I have been using it from a long time and it has never let me down, it is one of the best anti-spyware program out now and even better than some mentioned here.
