Currently their MYdocuments is pointing back to original path on C:. Their

error messages in their event logs.

redirected folder could not be moved to the new location. The folder is
configured to be redirected to \\path\My Documents. Files were being moved

Re: My Documents Folder Redirection Stopped Working for 2 Users

Username.001 suggests there has been a problem with the user profile. The
SID of Username.001 is not the same as the SID of Username. Hence Access
Denied.
Depending on what created the problem, you want to:
- make a copy of the profiles or setting
- delete the profiles and the network redirected folder
- start again.
Hope that helps,
Anthony
