    14 days password expiration notification

The password policy is set to change password every 90 days on domain wide. But just some days before, there were some users who did not get that notifications. So, for testing purpose, I changed my account expiration date tomorrow. I then restarted the computer and logon successfully, just with no notifications prompts. I have checked the local computer policy and the Interactive logon which prompts user to to change password before 14 days. What is wrong here then? Any ideas?

I think that incase policies dont work properly, then you need to check that the policy is applied on the users computer with gpresult or rsop first.
