unable to join windows 2003 DC running in Virtual PC 2007

Hi All,

i'm unable to join to the windows 2003 domain running in Virtual PC 2007.

My scenario is that,

I have two Windows NT domain controllers running in my network.
Due to the upgrade plan,
1) i add in a new Windows NT Domain Controller in Virtual PC 2007 as BDC.
2) Promote BDC as PDC
3) perform in-place upgrade to win 2003
4) install AD as well as DNS
5) all the process went successfully.
6) i have verified trust relation, creating a new user account, groups,
logging in with new user accounts............all are successful.
7) But i was unable to join new machine (windows 2003 server, WinXP) to the
domain
8) The error is
a domain controller of the domain cannot be contacted.

9)DNS lookup is successful
10) network connectivity( ping , telnet to DNS and LDAP) is also successful
11) currently my new Win 2k3 DC and two WinNT BDCs are running.

1) replication between win2k3 DC running in Virtual PC and Win NT BDCs are
working fine

The exact error message is as follow,

A domain controller for the domain DomainName.local could not be contacted.

If click Details in the message window, it shows;
DNS was successfully queried for the service location (SRV) resource record
used to locate a domain controller for domain DomainName.local. The query was
for the SRV record for _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.DomainName.LOCAL
