USERENV Events 1030/1058 Access Denied to GPT.ini

I am on AD 2003 SP2 with 2 DCs. Only one DC getting the event errors. The errors started happening after I applied HPs Proliant Service Pack or drivers to solve a blue screen error I was getting with their NIC teaming software. After that I am getting a pile of userenv errors and I am at a loss as to where I should be focusing my issues. I dont understand why only one DC is reporting this error? Can anyone please help. Thanks.

What antivirus on that server or FW between them are you using?

I have not installed any antivirus on the DCs yet and Firewall is disabled as well.

Can you try to disable team and work only with one NICK, just for testing purpose, if you can do that, after that you can disable it restart the DC. You might also fire up the Network Monitor to check what is happening at communications level. Have you got any errors on even log?
