GPO - Access Denied (Security Filtering)

I am not able to use a GPO on my setup. I am having one GPO as Accounting Users Policy. I am facing problem when I try to filter via custom distribution group. I am getting access denied error on my screen. The error only appears on security filtering while on other it works fine.

It looks there is some problem with password policy due to which you are getting that message. Did you properly verified the password settings also. You must apply those effects and then test once again. I am sure it will be helping you more.
