How to reset admin password in Active Dir. Domain Controller

I need some help here to reset the admin password of Active Directory. I am using Windows Server 2003. Recently after performing a antivirus update I found that the admin profile inside the system was somehow modified. Due to which I am able to log in as a user but not as admin. The admin password is changed. The server is not taking my old password anymore. So I want some help to modify that. How can change that without login in. Is there any way available.

It looks there is some security bug with your DC. It is not possible that a single antivirus update can modify your admin password and will not allow you to login. There can be some software used in your server that caused this. There is no way you can bypass that. You have to restore your server with all settings back.
