Tombstone error 8614 and garbage error 8606

I need some help to resolve the issue that I am facing. I had tried to do number of stuff but still not able to fix it. I am running /lingeringobjects util. First I run that with loose rep and then ran rep. Later on I had renabled the same thing but somehow it looks there is some problem. I am getting error while doing that. I am also facing issue related to exchange mail box creation.

There are two things that would be working well I think. First it is necessary that you must wipe out the lingering objects on all side. Then you can simply reconfigure the loose replication again on all side. You can follow some online stuff that will guide you more on this.
