How to deploy printer on Windows 2003 Server via Group Policy

I need some help to work with print management. I am trying to deploy some printers using Group Policy. I am trying this on Windows Server 2003. But somehow it looks that it is not working well. I am not getting any success in doing the same. I checked everything but still not able to find where the problem actually lies. Is there any easier way available for doing this.

May be you are not doing the right thing due to which you are facing the problem. I am giving you a link below that has a detail way and more references to make print work via GPO. It is not complicated but somehow some wrong settings are cause of the problem.
