Changing IP Address of a DC

Hello.

I was wondering if there are any special precautions you must take if you
have to change the IP address of a Win 2003 Directory Controller.

The reason I ask is because I know that on an OS X server machine you have
to use the "changeip" command from the command line, cause doing it from the
GUI can cause problems.

There are no problems, but there are a couple of things to consider. Have a
look at this:

Basically, you need to check that DNS re-registers, etc.

Also, check that DNS, WINS and DHCP aren't listening on a specific IP
address.
