RID,PDC,Infrastructure operation masters states ERROR - operations master currently offline

I am running Windows 2003 domain controllers on a small network. When I am opening the ADUC MMC and checking the operation masters, RID, PDC then Infrastructure roles show me error rather than name of the DC with that role. It tells me that when I am looking at that from either DC. When checked in the event log on both domain controllers there are event 5719's at 2 hour gap time period. So, it looks that the domain controllers are not communicating but I have no other connectivity issues between these 2 systems. I am able to manage either DC from within the ADUC MMC on either DC and shares show up on both DCs from either DC. Can anyone please help me out?

Have you got another domain controller in this environment? I think that neither server knows who the RID, PDC, and Infrastructure master is. If you cannot see any replication errors, then I will recommend you seize these roles to one of the domain controllers. It looks like you had a DC in this enviroment that may have held these roles and that server went away without notifying the other DCs that it was going away. So, to seize the FSMO roles, check the below link:

    Thank you for the solution.

After rename my AD, my second domain controoler DNS went missing
    1. So i reinstalled my DNS from add/remove componant.
    2. seize second controller
    3. re-seize to GC so that GC hold all the roles
    4. crease secondary DNS at second domain controller
    5. changed it to AD intergrated
    6. reboot both server
    DONE
