Proxy Setting GPO for Firefox

I have setup a GPO policy on my Domain including user's proxy settings for Internet Explorer. Now as some of my users are using Firefox instead of Firefox, obviously the GPO is not going to work for them.

So I wanted to know if there is any way we can apply those settings for Firefox users as well. I know I can simply force all uses to use IE but that cannot be happened. Is there any solution for this Situation?

Most probably you will need to work out the precise Registry settings yourself but once that is done you can certainly build an ADM file to feed into the Administrative Template section of a GPO.

Thank you for replying Hockson. BTW that sounds Good. I'll try downloading the Regwatch or some other tool which acts similarly and then I can just add the Reg entry at the end of our logon script.

I don’t think you can manipulated firefox settings through GPO because by default Firefox does not place its settings under registry. However there is an alternate way where you can to configure and 'lock' settings on a per-system basis using a mozilla.cfg file. I have seen it working across all platforms where Firefox runs fine.
