error 1504 event id - user account locked out automatically

I got some issues with the server 2003 where one of the user's account always get locked automatically everytime he locked his pc to go to lunch. I noticed that there is an 1504 event id from the error log. I have tried to let him to use different pc or laptop and let her sign in and work from different workstation and it does not have any problem logging back in. But, once he is trying to log into the network by using that particular machine, the account get locked automatically and I have to go to AD to unlock him out. Does anyone know a proper solution for it? Thanks.

Even I had some same problem from last 2 week or so with the ISA servers account, I have reset the account and rejoined the ISA server to the domain and everything went fine.

Thanks for responding, I tried to delete his local profile from his PC and reload the roaming profile but it is still the same. Are you sure by rebuilding the roaming profile will fix the problem?

I think that he might have a scheduled task running on the particular machine, where he forgor to change the password. Also have you tried to reset the account in the active directory?

After rebuilding the user's roaming profile, the problem got solved for some days. But after a couple of week, the problem came back and the user account got locked automatically again. Does anyone has any other solutions for this issue? Thanks
