frsevent error

If I am running DcDiag then I am getting the below error message:

Group Policy problems.
An Warning Event occured. EventID: 0x800034C5

What should I do to find out the cause of this problem and how can I repair this problem? I am running Windows 2003 server. Replication seems to be working properly but GP does seem to be having some sort of problem ar some sites. Any ideas? Thanks
