SYSVOL not replicating

I was running three Windows 2000 server an AD-Domain out of which one DC gone dead because of hard drive failure. SO I replaced it with a new disk and restore from the backup. Now everything works fine except SYSVOL replication. Whenever I try adding a new user to the DC with new disk, it will replicate without problems in the AD. I've noticed this problem since i made some changes to a grouppolicy that didn't apply to some users.

When I ran Netdiag, I dint found any errors on the DC nor in DCDiag. When I test to create a directory on the DC that is faulty, it won't replicate to the others. But when I try doing the same on other 2 DCs, it replicates to each other but skips the faulty one. I dint found any log regarding this error anywhere. Any idea what is going on? Please suggest some workout on the same.

Here is some more info on the issue. After posting the query above i also ran Sonar to check the status of the File Replication Services and received the following output:

DC1: SYSVOLShared = Not a junction
DC2: SYSVOLShared = Ok
DC3: SYSVOLShared = Ok

SO, if i'm not wrong, i guess there's a problem with one of my DC's, right? Any help will be appreciated.
