    Dial-in tab not showing

In the AD mmc on the Windows 2003 domain controllers, I am able to see
'Dial-In' tab for Active Directory Users and Computers and set dialling-in
    permissions.

However, on my client [XP Pro SP2], this tab is missing from each users'
property sheet in the AD console.

I am a Domain Admin and Enterprise Admin.

How do I get the 'Dial-in' tab to show up on my client's AD mmc?

there was a bug relating to displaying the dial-in tab in ADUC for XP, XP
sp1. A hotfix was issued so it should have been fixed, but it may be worth
    checking. See Q837490.

I had the same issue before. I installed adminpak win2k3 over adminpak win2k
    and it is working now.

I've checked all of microsoft.com, and searching for Q837490 does not raise
    any documents.

Could you please post a complete link to this KB article?

    thanks
