    RRAS vpn error 720

    Kindly help since I have setup RRAS as a vpn server but when I am trying to connect from a vpn client I am getting error 720

    I have enabled Microsoft CHAP version 2 on both sides but in vain

    from the event viewer it tells me that no network protocols were successfully negotiated and I have tried to connect from 2 different machines

    VPN error 720 can also occur if the VPN server configuration does not point to a valid DHCP server on your network. The result is your client is capable of to not connect, as it has a valid IP address for use. In the VPN server, go to "routing and remote access" on "Administrative Tools" and go to "DHCP Relay Agent" configuration. Check the DHCP server IP address listed for correction.
