AD user tabs for Exchange are missing

I have Exchange 2003 SP2 with 2 DCs. when i am on one DC and go into the
properties of a user i see many tabs however when i go onto the other DC and
go into the properties of the same or any other user I see tabs but the ones
for email address, exchange features, exchange general and advanced are gone.
Any idea how i can get them back?

You need to install System Manager to see Exchange property in ADUC.
System Manager Tool can be installed from Exchange CD-ROM

Just to add for Andy, to install the Exchange tools, NNTP and SMTP need to
be installed on the DC. You can disable the services once installed, but the
DLLs need to be there. Just opt to install the Management tools, nothing
else.

Just a follow up. Once you have installed IIS and the Exchange tools on
your DC, I would suggest you go back and disable IIS. IIS isn't needed
other than to install the management tools and IIS drastically increases the
attack surface of a machine.
