"Access denied" error in a subfolder that the user has "full-control

I made the following share on the server Data and in there I gave group users "read" permission. I have got a sub folder called "Principals" where group users has read permissions as well. In principals there is folder called "P1" where user P1 has full control. But when ever user T1 is trying to create a file or folder, then it will say that access is denied? Can anyone help? Thanks.

It is not easy to find out without knowing what else is int the share and NTFS (security tab) permissions, and whether inheritance is allowed or blocked, of if P1 is a part of another group that was denied? I think that the Principal group Share permissions are set to Read. The system will evaluate the Share and the NTFS (Security tab) permissions and the most restrictive will apply.
