LockoutStatus.exe access denied

LockoutStatus.exe access denied

I setup this LockoutStatus.exe program for our helpdesk operator, she was
granted "Account Operators" access. From time to time, when she runs the
program, all DCs will report fine except the PDC will show access denied.
Or the program won't run at all and gives Error in ds.cpp:902 Access is
denied. When I check her account it's showing fine - not locked out or
anything. Sometimes she can just run the program again and it works.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Newbie,

This belongs to the AdminSDHolder which will automatically reset permissions
to the default for protected groups. Account Operators is one of the groups:
