Migrate Additional Domain Controller

Hi All,

I need help from you all, we have a branch site where we have setup two different Additional Domain Controllers (XYZ01.test.com and XYZ02.test.com) which have all the users and computers and other data located, we have the Primary Domain controller in our Head office (ABC01.test.com) with another ABC01.test.com as a backup Doamin Controller.

Now what we want to accomplish is that the branch site ADC XYZ01 to be decommisioned and before that we want TWO ADCs in place of XYZ01.

So what will be the proper steps to complete this task, all the servers have windows 2003 EE SP2.

Please guide me with all the steps to finish the task
