Restore W2k3 DC terminal license server to a Win2008 DC

Hi all,

I am about to add my first Win2008 DC in my W2K3 forest . I have extended
the schema and did all the prep work for add a new Win2008 DC .However, I
have a question about terminal server, one of our W2K3 DC lets call it DC1
host terminal server licenses for a couple terminal servers and I was told
citrix server also uses terminal licenses on DC1. My question is after I
add my first Win2008 DC2 I would like to do a refresh Win2008 install on DC1
.. Can I simply backup and restore my terminal server licenses to my new
Win2008 DC2 ? IF so what information do I need to restore terminal server
licenses onto Wn2008 DC2 ? I assume I would need to call Microsoft and will
perhaps ask to provide some license key etc. I have no idea what this key or
information is since I have recently inherited and took over the AD
admistrator role for my company .

Also, would there be any issues with citrix or win2003 terminal servers
connecting to the new Win2008 terminal license server ?
