Adding Win 2008 Svr to existing Win 2003 svr AD ...

What would be the process to add a new Win 2008 svr to an existing Win 2003
svr AD (currently single DC/PDC) with the intentions promoting the new Win
2008 svr to PDC and retaining the exististing Win 2003 svr as a DC (demoting
it from its current PDC status) ? Are there any concerns with adding the
newer Win 2008 svr to an existing Win 2003 svr AD ? TIA ...
