WSUS 3.0 sp1 is failing to download and synchronise updates

on the application event log on the server whenever I approve a download it fails and in the event log it says:

Content file download failed. Reason: Error calling [kernel32.dll]:CreateDirectory(c:\WSUS\WsusContent\6C) Source File: Destination File:

When I try to synchronise the server it shows this error in the softwaredistribution logfile:

2009-06-14 09:33:57.532 UTC Warning WsusService.45 CatalogSyncAgentCore.GetErrorCodeFromException Failed to insert update c994ed96-58fd-4fce-9b34-739c72e23733/100: e#=1105, Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.tbXml'.'PK__tbXml__0E6E26BF' in database 'SUSDB' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

How can I fix this issue pls
