HI All, Whenevr I am trying to join a domain after authentication I am getting an errore specified network name is not available. Thanks |

On the problematic client machine -- can you actually resolve the DNS name of the domain? Test that with nslookup. You have to configure the domain controller's IP address as the preferred DNS server on the client. Hello abdul.sheikh, This is normally DNS related issue. Hello abdul.sheikh, Sounds like DNS settings, please post an unedited ipconfig /all from the client and the DC/DNS server, so that we can compare them.
