Block keyboard shortcut "Windows+E" to open Windows Explorer

Hi,

how do i block the Windows Explorer shortcut key = 'Windows + E' .

Please let me know if this can be achieved through GPO/registry.

Curious, why would you want to block this feature? Users can still get into
Explorer by clicking My Computer, right-clicking the start button,
right-clicking My Computer - Explore, or run/command prompt typing in
'explorer.' Will you be disabling these features as well?
