Kranti,
the outcome of resetting the computer account depends on the method you are
using to accomplish it. For more info, refer to
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/216393
Enabling computer account implies that the account has been disabled - which
effectively prevented its authentication to domain. Assuming that the
password of this account didn't get out of sync during that time, I'd expect
this account to be fully functional - otherwise, you will have to reset
it....

Hello Kranti,
Enabling a computer account you do in AD when it was disabled before. It
is different form resetting a computer account password, which normally occurs
automatic ervery 30 days without interaction.
When problems occur, listed in event viewer, you can use netdom command to
reset the computer account password. Also sometimes it is necessary to rejoin
a computer to the domain, but this really depends on the error/problem you
have.

For every machine account in the domain there is a trust established. You
can reset this trust, via changing the machine account logon password. If a
machine account is disabled you can simply enable its access to the domain.

enabling a computer account means it can be used again by some computer
resetting a computer account resets the password to a default value known to
windows so that a domain join can occur by a machine having the same name
