How to learn about ADFS, RMS, LDS?

I´m preparing to teach the 6424 and 6426 Official Courses and the MOC
KIt is a total crap, with no content and have to learn using other
sources.

There is a good book specifically to learn FS, LDS and RMS?

Now i´m using AD Resource Kit, WIn2008 Help and MS Technet/TechNet
Library, but i think is unsufficient there are several points i
couldn´t learn.

Where i can find a good material to study? I need sample applications
to show LDS integration with applications, for example...

AFAIK the MOC tools are used from lot's of peoples and good for studying.
Use the MS books.
