Domain Users and access to AD users and computers

Is there any guidelines or ways to restrict a user so they can only reset
passwords. I dont want my techs to have much access to the domain.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello AMMN,

Use delegate control wizard on the OU where you're personnel should be able
to do it, either use the user account or, better in my opinion, create a
group for them.
