Server 2000 to Server 2008 best route for upgrade/domain name change
We want to upgrade to Windows Server 2008 SP1 64 bit as the domain controllers. The Windows 2008 servers will both be new machines not upgrade of the old DC's. We also want to change the domain name to something else. My question is what is the best route for the upgrade? I can see 2 ways to go about and I will be completely wrong in thinking as this is the first project like this that I have taken on. Can anyone suggest something? Thanks. |

Check the article made on "Upgrading an Active Directory Domain from Windows Server 2000 to Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2" over here - http://msmvps.com/blogs/mweber/archi...r-2008-r2.aspx |
