Connect Copier/Scanner to LDAP Server

I am using a Ricoh MP-2550 and want to setup the scan to email function. It is able to connect to an LDAP server, however if I am entering the configuration then I am getting the below things Event log:

Event ID 537
Reason: An error occured during logon
user Name: Ricoh@domain.locall
Domain: domain.local
logon type: 3
logon process: WDigest
Status Code: 0xC000006D
Substatus Code: 0xC000006D

This error is followed by an Event ID 680 with simliar information except error code: 0xC000006A

Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue? Thanks.

When you just want to do is scan to email, then why do you want to configure anything related to LDAP? You can simply try to configure the device to authenticate to and then relay through, and your internal SMTP server.

There is a hotfix for this issue that you might need to install on the resource Domain Controller to which the server has its secure channel and who forwards the request to the next authority in the passthrough authentication chain.
