How to schedule tasks run at specified time via group policy?

I want to know something about using Group Policy to implement somethings that I will explain. I am using Windows 2003 Active Directory Environement. I want all the clients from windows xp and windows 2000 to run a batch script at 1:00 pm every Wednesday and this bat file should be to cleanup temp files. Also, is it possible that all the client run the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool at the same time on next day? I have checked that this tool needs admin rights on the client? So, will it be possible to be implemented by Group Policy or other scripts? Thanks.

You can try to make a scheduled task on remote workstation's which will run with system rights if configured as a startup script, if it doesnt exist then try c:\winnt\tasks\at1.job at 1:00 /every:t your.bat.
