domain user password expired but user not prompted to change passw

Hello,

I’m running a Windows 203 Server with a Domain. We have several users connected to the same. Since past 4 months I don’t know our users don’t get any message or notification about their passwords expiry and the passwords gets expired after certain period of time. They don’t get any prompt to change their passwords before it gets expired. And due to this user wont get access to internet as we use ISA as our web proxy where he need to use its username/password every time to access.

So, can anyone here please tell me what I need to do to fix this problem? Users must get prompted to change their passwords before it expires. Please help.

How is that possible? I mean, I myself running a domain since past 5 years also have a good experience of domains and servers but have never seen such problem with any normal domain environment. I guess your users might be working offline and connects to the Domain rarely. Hence they wont betting prompt for domain connectivity passwords. Second reason could also be as many users simply ignore such warnings.
