domain user password expired but user not prompted to change passw

Hi all. There are many cases where users are not prompted to change domain
password even though their password have expired. I confirm that the user
password is already expired as my domain is set such that users need to
change password every 70days and when i run a script to check the inactive
accounts(more than 70days) in my domain i find the account that the user was
not prompted. This resulted in the user not able to access internet as we use
ISA as our web proxy and user is always prompted for username and password
when accessing internet. After user change the password user have no problem
accessing the internet. Hence how can i troubleshoot to find the cause why
users are not prompted to change password when they login to domain.

Hello inenewbl,

Personally never saw what you described in normal domain environment. Maybe
it happens, if they work offline and just connect sometimes to the domain.
Very often the users are just ignoring warnings like this. Even if not configured
as a policy 14 days before the user will be informed to change the password.
