Once enabling the redirection of users desktops and my documents, offline files sync has turned itself on. I dont want users to have 2 sets of their documents, so I did everything I can to disable it, but nothing seems to be working. The users get a pop up on boot/login telling them that a synchronization is being performed. The thing which is very annoying is that the network is not available until they perform the sync. Not only I want to synce, but the network being down, for upto some time for some users is a hectic problem. So can anyone tell me how to bypass this or get rid of it? Thanks
